Ginseng has featured as a part of life in China for well over 2000 years and remains popular today. In fact all civilisations who have come into contact with this herb have revered it with equal measure.
The herb’s botanical name, Panax refers to the ancient Greek goddess, Panacea, the eldest sister of a family of great healers.
There are 2 forms of Ginseng that are widely available, Red Ginseng and White Ginseng, both originate from the same root but are prepared slightly differently and providing different qualities.
The white roots are unprocessed and raw, where the active ingredients are left in their natural state so human digestion is left to turn them into a powerful Ginsenosides.
Red ginseng goes through a roasting process, which changes the colour and alters the chemical composition of the herb. It’s these changes that compliment the human state of being.

Ingredients: Steam Roasted Red Ginseng Panax Ginseng Mayer, Belgium, Chocolate Malt and Roast Chicory.
Directions: Add a teaspoon to taste, to hot water, hot milk or a cup of coffee and stir. Once opened consume within 1 month.
